Brief History of BCA Project Services LLP

BCA Project Services was established in 1992 as an associated practice to Brock Carmichael Architects and have traded continuously since that date with a partner structure consisting of David Watson as the major stakeholder and also the existing partners of BCA at that time. The services provided were, primarily, those of Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Employers Agent and Project Manager.

The Practice developed, however, so as to become more independent of the Architects and, eventually, in April 2008, we became a Limited Liability Partnership and a totally separate entity, both financially and legally, from this point in time having two partners with Ian Brew who had joined the practice in 2005, becoming a Partner.

David Watson now assumes responsibility for all CDM Co-ordinator related work with Ian Brew, similarly, now being responsible for all Project Management and Quantity Surveying based works. Since its formation, however, nothing has changed in terms of the philosophy employed by the practice, this being to provide our Clients with an efficient, yet excellent service that aims always to contribute towards the delivery of projects on time and within budget.
